1. Made-to-Order Products
All of our products are custom-printed on demand specifically for you.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
Please double-check your size and design selection before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include: - Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after approval: 1. Recheck your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.

4. Order Cancellations
Because all products are printed once an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours after the order is confirmed. After that, the order will enter production and cannot be canceled.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not support exchanges unless the product you received is defective or incorrect.
6. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer or courier delays outside our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first.
